The matter flow

Capture and match a caller, preserve conflict review, open the matter, assign work, prepare documents and source-linked analysis, route attorney review, collect client action, and account for the work.

Views by responsibility

Attorneys, paralegals, intake staff, billing staff, and clients work from the same matter record while roles and permissions keep each view and action appropriately bounded.

Practice-area library

Skill libraries add the document patterns, checks, and terminology of a practice area to the shared matter record. Trust and estate, family and domestic relations, and mediation add dedicated workspaces with their own records and roles.

Connected sources

Supported Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone, QuickBooks Online, and enterprise file-share connections are enabled by a firm administrator and can be disconnected at any time.

Controls in the workflow

Firm workspaces are tenant-isolated, module roles decide what each participant can see or approve, and AI-assisted work carries source links and review states before reliance or delivery.
